Additional Info:
This 2023 Sancerre Blanc is produced in the eastern part of the Sancerre vineyard, in the communes of Saint-Satur and Ménétréol-sous-Sancerre. It offers a floral nose, a crisp attack, and an elegant palate where floral aromas linger. Ideal with oysters and seafood platters, it is also well-suited as an aperitif, alongside grilled fish, or with goat cheese.

Vinification
Cold settling is performed before the must is kept on the lees at a low temperature. Bâtonnage is carried out one month after fermentation, followed by aging on fine lees until racking.
Tasting Notes
White gold with silver reflections. The initial nose is subtle, with smoky, toasted, and mineral notes. As the wine opens, citrus aromas such as lime and grapefruit emerge, complemented by passion fruit, a hint of spice, vanilla, and almond. The attack is broad, with a rich and full-bodied texture while maintaining freshness. The finish reveals delicate notes of cream and caramel. The aromatic aftertaste highlights pastry notes, nuts (almond), and yellow fruits (peach and nectarine).
