The Savigny-les-Beaune Les Peuillets 2022 is a refined and elegant red Burgundy, crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown on carefully selected plots. This wine reflects the terroir’s complexity and the meticulous craftsmanship behind its vinification.

Vinification 
The grapes undergo a 10 to 14-day infusion during cuvaison, with a portion of whole-cluster fermentation, highlighting the wine's aromatic complexity. Carried out with indigenous yeasts native to the terroir. Aged for 11 to 16 months in French oak barrels, with 15% to 25% new oak.

Tasting Notes

The wine displays a bright ruby-red color with purple reflections, indicating its youth and vibrancy. The bouquet is seductive and expressive, offering aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, intertwined with delicate notes of spices, black pepper, and subtle earthiness. On the palate, the wine is round and generous, with a well-balanced structure. The silky tannins lend finesse and elegance, while the vibrant acidity provides freshness. The finish is long and refined, with lingering notes of spices and forest floor.
